About Us
Agile Search has since 2009 helped hundreds of companies in the business sector and has since 2014-2015 transitioned to a pure Talent Acquisition consulting operation, meaning you are employed by us to then deliver high-quality work for our clients regarding their growth goals.
We are currently primarily seeking recruitment specialists with experience from IT/Tech, Industry & Construction, as well as the Pharmaceutical industry and healthcare.
The contract form is a project employment matching a specific client assignment. Our salary model is fully transparent and very attractive.
Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in defining our clients' recruitment processes.
- Actively help clients attract the right competence to enable their continuous growth.
- Work hand in hand with various decision-makers at the client to support and coach them in challenging recruitment and selection processes.
- Assume overall responsibility for driving and executing recruitments from start to finish.
Sought Qualifications
- Candidates should hold the title Senior Recruiter or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience within one of the above-mentioned specific industries.
- Good technical understanding and proficiency with various recruitment tools and candidate databases.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing methods to fill difficult roles.
- Developed ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills and curiosity to continuously learn new things.
- Ability to write and produce good advertisements and texts in recruitment contexts.
