Finance and Operations Coordinator

Hemlikt is a growing organization in sheltered housing. We are now looking for a Finance and Operations Coordinator who wants to help create order, overview, and better follow-up in the organization, while contributing to developing Hemlikt forward.
This is a role for you who likes numbers, structure, and responsibility, but also wants to work closely with others, be involved in daily operations, and build something together with the team.
About the role
As a Finance and Operations Coordinator, you will have a broad and central role focused on finance, administration, and operational follow-up. You will work closely with management and become an important support in the daily work.
Your tasks include:
- invoicing
- handling supplier invoices and payments
- working with salaries and payroll data
- budget follow-up and financial overview for each unit
- compiling customer surveys, statistics, and other operational data
- producing reports and summaries
- identifying unnecessary costs and improvement opportunities
- supporting the development of routines, structure, and workflows
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You thrive on having many things going on simultaneously and easily create order and overview. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need the right attitude, good administrative ability, and an interest in finance and development.

We believe you have
- experience in administrative and financial work
- familiarity with invoicing, payments, payroll data, or similar tasks
- good computer skills and ease in working with different systems
- good ability to work in Excel or similar tools
It is meritorious if you have experience in:
- Fortnox or similar financial systems
- budget follow-up
- compiling statistics, surveys, or key figures
- working in a growing organization
