About the role
In the role of Service Coordinator, you have primary responsibility for maximizing customer satisfaction and cost optimization through:
- Call management and work order administration
- Planning and coordination of service cases
- Improvement work and follow-up of SLA targets
You are the customer's first point of contact for fault reporting and ensure that assignments are completed on time and cost-effectively. The role involves independent work with great scope for initiative and problem solving.
You must also be able to work evenings and weekends one week per month.

Example of duties
- Organize work schedules for technicians
- Manage incoming emails, work orders and calls
- Coordinate and follow up on cases
- Ensure resource planning and optimize capacity
- Work on improving KPIs
- Administrative tasks such as mail handling

Your profile
- High school education
- Experience in customer service (meriting: 1-2 years as service administrator)
- Good administrative skills and computer literacy
- Fluent Swedish and good English
- Meriting: experience with IFS Applications, MS Excel, user support
