Creative and Driven Job Consultant/Tutor!

INDA is a chosen provider for the service Prepare and Match and also a provider for the service Step to Employment for the Swedish Public Employment Service.

We are now looking for a job consultant/tutor for Prepare and Match with placement in Örebro, where the work may also include Kumla and Hallsberg.

Job duties:

The work with job seekers in the Prepare and Match services involves both individual conversations and group activities. The job tasks include mapping, strengthening, and coaching job seekers on their way to employment and matching them with employers or educational initiatives. In addition to contact with employers, collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service and other actors, such as training providers, is included. The work follows a clear structure and methodology where the job seekers' knowledge, skills, areas of interest, strengths, and motivation are utilized to find each person's unique match in the labor market. The job consultant/tutor plans and implements measures aimed at helping participants reach employment or studies.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is action-oriented and driven to deliver results while also being a receptive, confident person who can see potential in others. You have a large network in the region, good knowledge of various professional fields, and current knowledge of the labor market. You are good at collaborating and working independently.

Competence requirements:

REQUIREMENT:

To work as a tutor, you must meet either alternative 1 or alternative 2 regarding both experience and education.

ALTERNATIVE 1:

Higher education with at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work may also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time for two (2) years.

ALTERNATIVE 2:

At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.

At least three years of work experience in the last five years in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Supervisory duties with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career counseling
• Personnel case management (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career counseling

In addition to the above:

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

- Good computer skills and accustomed to documenting

- Class B driver's license

Meritorious:

- Experience in matching for work and/or studies

- Experience in obtaining job/internship placements
