Salesperson with Recruitment Responsibility - 20% Commission + 20,000 SEK per Hire

Have you worked in outbound sales and know how to identify a truly great salesperson? Have you also been involved in recruiting salespeople before? Then this might be the right fit.
We at Grewin Sales are in a phase where everything is ready to scale. We have a very established product that sells, a sales process, and a track record. The only thing missing is more of the right people, and that's where you come in.
The Role
Your role will be based in outbound sales, but with a clear extended responsibility for recruitment.
This means:
- Actively find and contact candidates, and get them to apply
- Qualify and move them forward to an interview
- Help build a recruitment engine that delivers results
- Drive your own sales from booked meetings to closing deals the rest of the time not spent on recruitment
What We Are Looking For
- You have worked in outbound sales and recruitment of salespeople before (required)
- You understand what differentiates a good salesperson from a bad one
- You are not afraid to pursue people and make contact
- You enjoy a fast pace and responsibility
We are looking for someone who wants to build a strong team of disciplined salespeople.
Compensation
- 20,000 SEK guaranteed salary
- 20% commission on your own sales
- 10,000 SEK per hired candidate, plus another 10,000 SEK after 60 days if the candidate is still employed
- Employment or consultancy arrangement - both work.
The Sale
- B2B sales of Dagens industris chefsnätverk (Di Close)
- Order value: 40,000 - 200,000 SEK (average ~50,000 SEK)
- New customer sales only, no account management
- You will receive ready-made lists, many of which contain warm leads to call - no prospecting
The Environment
- On-site in Stockholm (hybrid possible)
- 30-60 minutes daily sales training and direct coaching from me (7 years and 15,000 conversation experience with the product)
- Focus on performance - not busy work
- Breakfast is served at the office every day
- Once you become effective, you will be offered resources including an appointment setter and a virtual assistant who helps you manage your sales and recruitment calendar so you can be more efficient with your time
