IGNIS is looking for two Family Law Attorneys/Estate Administrators

We are now seeking two family law attorneys/estate administrators - one permanent position and one temporary cover, at our head office in central Stockholm. This is the role for you who is passionate about succession law and wants to be part of developing the legal function in a personal and collegial workplace.

Your duties

In the role as family law attorney/estate administrator with us, you will work with varied cases within family law and inheritance law. Among other things, you will work on preparing estate inventories, division of property, inheritance distributions as well as estate administration and wills. You will also prepare deeds of gift, cohabitation agreements, future powers of attorney and other documents requested by our clients. The work also includes providing ongoing advice on family law matters and you will have close and continuous contact with the firm's clients.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in estate administration and/or a law degree and at least one year of work in family law matters.

As a person, you are perceptive with very good communication skills. You are responsible, ambitious and have a strong service orientation. Furthermore, you have a natural ability to build good relationships. You enjoy meeting people in different life situations and are trustworthy, humble, and meticulous. We value drive and commitment. To succeed in the role, you need to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
