Finance Manager for Axxona Group

Do you want a key role in an entrepreneur-driven group with several exciting operations? The Axxona Group is now looking for a finance manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the finances in our companies.

The group consists of a total of 10 companies, of which 5 are active, including Sjösportskolan, YKB-skolan, and Axxona Hyrlager.

You will work in a group with diverse operations, from training in water sports and professional competence to logistics solutions. The combination gives a dynamic daily life where you get to work broadly across several industries.

About the role

As finance manager, you have overall responsibility for the group's finances. You work closely with management and are an important part of developing and structuring the financial work in the companies.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial statements
• Preparation of annual reports
• Group consolidation
• Budget, forecast, and follow-up
• Liquidity planning
• Contact with auditors, banks, and authorities
• Streamlining and developing financial processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in qualified financial work
• Has worked with accounting for several companies or in a group structure
• Is self-driven and confident in the entire financial flow
• Has good system knowledge and a structured way of working
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where you can take responsibility and make decisions
