Process Operator

As a process operator, you will play an important role in the mixing department. You will be part of a team consisting of process operators, coordinators, and production managers.

Responsibilities include:

• Batch/blend raw materials according to specific mixing recipes
• Perform and document quality controls, adjust deviations on batches
• Receive and report raw materials and finished goods
• Cleaning/operator maintenance of production equipment

The first few years will involve learning several production sections.

You should have the following education, experience, and skills

• We primarily welcome those with a high school education in technology or industry, or experience from similar tasks.
• Good general numeracy and the ability to manage and understand numbers.
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Good reading comprehension and good computer skills

We also consider it meritorious if you have:

• Forklift license (A-trucks)
• Driver's license or AM license

• Good sense of order and organization
• Good planning ability
• Motivation for development
• Good physical condition as production is considered heavy industry
• Good ability to follow routines, rules, and regulations
