Forenom is looking for a skilled Property Manager/Caretaker for our Service Team in Luleå.

Now we are looking for you who want to be part of our Service Team in Luleå.

As a property manager/caretaker in our service team, you are our face outward, meeting guests, property owners, managers, and other property managers. You need to have an eye for detail, be flexible, and not afraid to step up when needed. Tasks include maintenance work, basic property management, and furnishing and unfurnishing apartments.

As a person, you are cheerful, service-minded, and a true team player, but have no problem working independently. No day is the same with many different types of assignments, so it is important that you are organized and can prioritize your tasks. Experience in caretaking, painting, and/or carpentry, electrical knowledge, and/or plumbing is an advantage.

Since you will communicate both verbally and in writing with our guests from all over the world, you must be fluent in Swedish and English.

A driver's license for a manual car is a requirement.

The location is Luleå, but we work within a large geographic area, so your assignments may take place in various locations in Norrbotten and northern Västerbotten.
