The role Technical operations work.

AREAS (ONGOING OPERATIONAL WORK – PRACTICAL PART)

• Daily rounds and inspection of building, installations and technical spaces.
• Simple repairs that do not require certification (e.g. replacing lamps, filters, simple lock adjustments, certain service actions).
• Fault reports, follow-up and recitation.
• Functional checks on heating/cooling/ventilation at basic level.
• Inspection of fire doors, escape routes, sprinklers and alarms at operational level.
• Basic routines regarding waste, water sampling (daily tests), simple pool/water checks.
• Ongoing contact with suppliers and support to hotel operating departments.
• Operational facility management

1. Fire safety

• Coordination with fire experts, rescue services and property owners.
• Follow-up on deficiencies and regulatory requirements.

2. HVAC systems & technical installations

• Assessment of fault causes, initiating investigations.

3. Electrical & electrical safety

• Coordination responsibility for all electrical contracting at the hotel.
• Ensuring compliance with the Electrical Safety Act.

4. Laws, regulations & compliance

• Monitoring and implementation of requirements according to:
• BBR
• AFS/work environment requirements
• Electrical Safety Act
• Environmental legislation
• Chemical and hygiene requirements
• Routines and ensure compliance in operations.

EDUCATION Requirements:

• Vocational higher education: property operations, property engineering or operations technician.
• Alternatively technical high school (HVAC, electrical, installation) + documented relevant experience.

Certifications are a plus
