Your role with us

As a hairdresser at VACKER, you are an important part of the customer experience from the first hello to the finished result. You work creatively with cutting, coloring, and consultation, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skill, and service, you create customers who want to come back, again and again.

You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is high.

We are looking for someone who

Is a trained hairdresser or is in education level 1–2 and wants to continue developing.

Has a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people.

Is positive, engaged, and enjoys taking responsibility.

Thrives in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job.

Is flexible, solution-oriented, and likes to take initiative.

Wants to contribute to team spirit and the salon's collective success.

Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
