Are you an experienced vehicle painter with an eye for detail and perfection, and do you want responsibility?

In the role of vehicle painter with responsibility, you handle preparatory work, painting, ensuring that the paintwork maintains high quality, final inspections according to the workshop's routines and manufacturers' guidelines, and material responsibility.

Through close collaboration with claims advisors and vehicle damage technicians, you ensure an efficient flow in the paint shop and distribute planned jobs within your team.

Ensure that your team follows work environment and safety routines and maintains paint equipment.

Your profile

· Trained and skilled painter with extensive experience in painting, plastic repair, and filling.

· Experience in leading, planning, and ensuring efficient workflow in your department.

· Eye for quality.

· Technical understanding of materials, surface treatments, and repair instructions.

· Stress-resistant, as you need the ability to work at a high pace combined with high quality.

· Knowledge of work environment and safety.

· Curious with a natural focus on opportunities and solutions.

· Open to new challenges and enjoy learning new things.

· Team player who contributes to collaboration between departments across the organization so that we can jointly find the best solution for the customer.

· Flexible and able to support other departments within the company when needed.

· Driver's license B.

· Computer literacy.

· Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
