Guests come to us for a social and pleasant relaxation in everyday life with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to associations, making our work very meaningful.

BingoRingen was founded on December 29, 2017, but management was active in bingo long before that. Today we have several bingo halls across Sweden, and our head office is located in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are now looking for an employee who can work on an on-call basis. Shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying weekdays.

Job duties include sales, café operations, cash handling, customer service, and announcements. We focus on placing the customer first and providing the best possible service and experience. During your initial period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. Thereafter, you will work alone on shifts.

Qualifications:

We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, resilient to stress, and have good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form. Knowledge of additional languages is a merit but not a requirement. A plus is having a good sense of numbers and being a quick learner.

At BingoRingen in Söderhamn, we work alone during shifts, so it is important that you can work independently and take your own initiative. Previous experience in customer service and sales is considered a merit, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
