PIREN
Piren is located by the water in the popular Hornsbergs Strand and is a lively summer restaurant with a focus on good service, a pleasant atmosphere, and satisfied guests. For the summer season, we are now looking for chefs who want to work with us full-time (40 hours/week).
THE JOB
As a chef at Piren, you are an important part of the guest experience. You ensure that the food coming out of the kitchen meets the standard set by the head chef. You greet colleagues with a smile and contribute to a positive work environment regardless of the situation. More specific information will be provided at the interview.
The position is a seasonal employment over the summer. Start May 1 - end September 30. Possibility of extension.
EXPECTATIONS
- You have about 2 years of work experience, preferably from the restaurant industry
- We place the greatest emphasis on your drive, commitment, and willingness to learn – the right attitude is more important than a perfect CV
- You are cheerful, positive, and pleasant, with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- You enjoy working in a team and at a fast pace
- Piren is a weather-dependent business, which means that the schedule may vary from week to week – therefore it is important that you are flexible and understanding of varying working hours
- You can work evenings and weekends
- You have basic knowledge of the profession. You should be able to handle most orders.
LOCATION: Hornsbergs Strand
SEASON: Summer 2026 (May - September)
START: From May 1 or by agreement
WORK HOURS: 40 h/week (100%)
