Aldardo is looking for a Service Manager – Evening Shift

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated service manager for our Italian restaurant in Gothenburg. You will lead the service team during the evening service and ensure our guests receive a first-class experience from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience from the restaurant industry
• Thrives in a leadership role and remains calm under pressure
• Is passionate about guest service and Italian food culture
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently – Italian is a plus

We offer Evening shift, 35–40 hours per week, in a dedicated team with a true Italian spirit.
