Pool- Kitchen Assistant for Permanent Position at Matlaget

We can now offer a permanent position as a pool employee in our operations at schools and preschools. Placement is at Matlaget centrally, and you will be placed in suitable kitchens based on what is best for the operations :)

As a pool employee at Matlaget, you will get to learn all kitchens and go to the kitchen with the greatest need for the day. You will have one kitchen as your base.

In school and preschool kitchens, we prepare breakfasts, lunches, and snacks for the children.

Some kitchens are single-person kitchens, while others have multiple staff depending on size. You will shadow colleagues and learn before working alone.

Applicants should preferably have experience working in a kitchen, be willing to cooperate, and have a good sense of order and organization. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Education in nutrition and previous work experience are meritorious. Most importantly, you show interest in learning and are willing to work hard and be punctual!

We work hard to include everyone in the operations with various activities, offer a wellness allowance of 2500 SEK per year, provide work clothes, and you always have the opportunity to buy breakfast and lunch at work!

A driver's license is required!

We have a collective agreement. Salary according to agreement.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
