Breakfast Hostess for Our Popular Weekend Brunch at Brogyllen

We are now looking for a breakfast hostess for our well-loved breakfast and brunch services on Saturdays and Sundays. We already have a strong and wonderful team, but we need reinforcement from someone who wants to create magical weekend mornings for our guests.

About the position

The work is on weekends between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with varying hours.

The position can be expanded for the right person if desired.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes

• Fry American pancakes

• Make scrambled eggs and poach eggs

• Create beautiful brunch plates with flair and precision

• Decorate with berries, flowers, and fine details

• Contribute to order, quality, and vibrant energy in the kitchen

• Give guests a memorable start to the day

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for cooking and presentation

• Enjoys when every plate is made with care, finesse, and love

• Is creative and has an eye for detail

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain quality

• Is positive, cooperative, and enjoys teamwork

• Has experience from a café, restaurant, brunch, or kitchen (an asset)
