Here, no two days are alike. You work closely with colleagues at a fast pace with a strong focus on raw ingredients, flavor, and the overall experience - from lunch to the evening.

Since the pace can be high, it is important that you are organized, structured, and able to handle stressful situations, as well as collaborate with other cooks and follow whoever leads the team, especially on weekends.

You should be engaged, proactive, and have an interest in food. Quality and good service are very important to us.
