Now we are in our sixth season in Kivik!
Tryffelsvinet is not just a restaurant, it's a place to stay. Let the meal take time, conversations become long, and laughter be loud. One enjoys, shares, and celebrates life around the table, just like in Italy. The atmosphere is lively, warm, and relaxed.
Without a strong team, we are nothing, and therefore we are looking for you who wants to be part of creating something together with us.
Tryffelsvinet is run by us, Patte and Kattis, who moved down to Skåne in 2020 with our children to open Tryffelsvinet in Kivik. In late summer 2024, we took the next step and opened Tryffelsvinet Ystad in the charming old station building.
Both restaurants reflect us, what we are inspired by and what we love. Italian cuisine is our core: focus on details, authenticity, great ingredients, and a desire to develop, but always keep it simple with big, clean flavors.
The menu is filled with classic Italian elements: pasta dishes that make your taste buds sing, antipasti to share with friends, risotto with seafood, and juicy meat dishes, all done with passion and craftsmanship.
We are passionate about service that is professional, knowledgeable, and familial, without ever feeling stiff. Tryffelsvinet should be a place where everyone feels welcome, both guests and colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in serving who wants to work at a restaurant where passion, quality, and community are central.
