Additional Kitchen Assistant Wanted for Restaurant (Night Shift)

El Birria is growing and we are now looking for several committed kitchen assistants who want to develop with us! We are a growing family business looking for meticulous and responsible employees for night work in our kitchen. As a preparer, you will be responsible for preparing basic ingredients, handling meat and packaging, as well as ensuring everything is ready and fresh for the next day's production.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys night work and is a flexible team player.

• Is meticulous, efficient, and can follow instructions well.

• Can handle meat and raw materials in a safe and correct manner.

• Keeps the kitchen clean and hygienic in accordance with HACCP and food legislation.

• Has experience working according to the FIFO principle (First In, First Out).

• Is self-motivated, responsible, and takes initiative.

• Has good physical stamina; the work may involve heavy lifting and operation of preparation machines.
