Tryffelsvinet is run by us, Patte and Kattis, who moved down to Skåne with our children in 2020 to open Tryffelsvinet in Kivik. In the late summer of 2024, we took the next step and opened Tryffelsvinet Ystad, in the charming old station building.

Both restaurants reflect us, what inspires us and what we love. Italian cuisine is our core: focus on details, genuineness, amazing ingredients, and a desire to evolve, but always keeping it "simple" with big, clean flavors.

The menu is filled with classic Italian elements: pasta dishes that make taste buds sing, antipasti to share with friends, risotto with seafood, and juicy meat dishes—all made with passion and craftsmanship.

We are passionate about service that is professional, knowledgeable, and familial, without ever feeling stiff. Tryffelsvinet should be a place where everyone feels welcome, both guests and colleagues.
