Jämtkrogen is a charming hotel located along highway E14 in the heart of Bräcke, Jämtland. With 36 rooms, we offer single, double, and family rooms for our guests. The hotel also features an Italian-inspired restaurant, four fully equipped conference rooms, and facilities such as a sauna and guest kitchen. Our goal is to offer a memorable experience through high-quality service and a warm atmosphere.

Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented hotel receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist with us, you will play a central role in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience during their stay.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Guest Service: Welcome guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out, and assist with information about the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area.
• Booking Management: Administer room bookings, update the booking system, and handle any changes or special requests.
• Breakfast Responsibility: Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked.
• Conference Service: Assist in the preparation and execution of conferences and meetings, including technical support and serving.
• General Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, email correspondence, and other administrative duties that support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant work is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including work on evenings and weekends.

Employment Conditions

• The position covers 20–40 hours per week, including work on weekends.
• We have a collective agreement.
• Type of employment and salary according to agreement.
