ASIH Tyresö Söderort is a small care provider operating on behalf of Region Stockholm since October 2015

We provide advanced home healthcare around the clock and work in a multiprofessional team consisting of doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and counselors. We focus on patients and their relatives

Our patients have cancer diagnoses, neurological diagnoses such as ALS, heart and lung diagnoses such as heart failure and COPD. We also provide short-term care for e.g. infections. Patients are in various stages of their illness and can be both curative and palliative.

Some patients end their lives at home with support from ASIH.

As an assistant nurse, you are part of the multiprofessional team. You will perform tasks such as blood sampling, wound care, basic nursing in collaboration with our municipalities. You will work most closely with nurses, communicating and cooperating on patient needs.

You will make independent home visits and assessments based on your assistant nurse competence.

Are you the one we are looking for:

Are you an assistant nurse who is confident in your professional role and has extensive experience in caring for seriously ill patients? Do you have experience in blood sampling, blood pressure measurement, pulse measurement, wound dressings, and catheterization?

You will also be delegated to perform certain tasks regarding medication administration.
