Day: 7.30-16.30

Split shift: 7:30-12:30, 16:30-20.30

Job duties:

The operations target individuals aged 65 and over living in their own homes and their relatives. The indoor operations include a short-term unit. Following a decision by the case officer, relatives have the opportunity to leave their spouse for respite/intermittent care. Also admitted are individuals for whom the case officer requests documentation and assessment of activity ability/need for assistance before making a decision. The nurse is part of the Assessment Team and works closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and assistant nurses in tasks that can be either indoors or outdoors together with the team in ordinary housing.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license

Swedish C1

Driver's license B

Meritorious

Experience with documentation in Combine

Experience in Social Services and/or short-term care
