5 taxi drivers wanted in Uppsala – Up to 50% commission

DrirectDrive AB (559530-7991) is seeking 5 taxi drivers in Uppsala, Arlanda, and Stockholm – starting 1 May 2026

DrirectDrive AB is in an expansion phase and is now looking for five new taxi drivers to strengthen our team. We offer rides within both traditional taxi and through platforms such as Uber and Bolt, providing a varied workday with good opportunities for extra assignments. A large part of the rides involves airport transfers, especially to and from Arlanda.

For those who hold a valid Swedish taxi driver license, we can also assist with applying for a work permit in Sweden. We offer competitive conditions and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Swedish taxi driver license, which is a requirement for work via Uber, Bolt, and traditional taxi
• Ability to work full-time or part-time
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts of 8–10 hours
• Shifts are scheduled within the time frames 04:00–16:00 or 16:00–04:00, according to schedule and agreement

Our vehicles are approved for traffic at Arlanda, including the Swedavia/Taxi zone, and meet the Swedish Transport Agency's requirements. The vehicles are fully adapted for rides via Uber, Bolt, and traditional taxi operations in Uppsala, Arlanda, and the Stockholm area.

About the position

Start date: 1 May 2026, or by agreement

Scope: We are recruiting a total of 5 drivers

Salary: Commission-based compensation according to the following model:

• For cash intake up to SEK 50,000, 45% commission applies
• For cash intake over SEK 70,000, 50% commission applies

Workplace: Uppsala with main traffic to and from Arlanda, Stockholm city, and surrounding areas
