We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 7-year-old girl in Hörvik. The position is a maternity leave cover starting immediately. You will work concentrated 12-hour shifts during 7 days every other week (odd calendar weeks). You will work with double staffing day and night. You will work in the girl's home with the family.

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant, child caregiver, or has some form of experience with disabilities. We also place great importance on personal chemistry and personal qualities, so do not hesitate to apply even if you do not have the above-mentioned education or experience.

As a person, you must be responsible, responsive, thorough, easygoing, able to be yourself, and above all have good patience. You must be calm and confident and still have a childlike spirit. As a personal assistant in the family, you must be familiar and easygoing, as there are siblings in the family. There are also pets in the family. The work involves helping the girl with everything in her daily life, i.e., full care with great responsibility but also lots of play and fun. You must be completely smoke-free.

The nature of the work requires you to be fluent in speaking and understanding the Swedish language, e.g., being able to understand and read various instructions and checklists as well as follow established routines.

Access to your own car and a manual driver's license is a requirement, as the girl lives without public transport, and there is a minibus that you as an assistant will drive.
