You are a qualified teacher with strong pedagogical competence and a great ability to meet each student with warmth, commitment, and high expectations. You are a clear leader in the classroom and understand the importance of creating a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment where students receive a solid foundation for continued learning.

You have a good understanding of young children's learning and development and work creatively and goal-oriented, with teaching grounded in research and proven methods. You have high academic aspirations for your students and actively work to develop their language, mathematical thinking, and curiosity for learning.

You are humble, curious, and collaborate well with colleagues, after-school staff, and guardians. You gladly share your knowledge and thrive in an environment where development, initiative, and collaboration are highly valued.

The school and Kvarnholmen

The school is located on Kvarnholmen with proximity to forest and sea. In the 21–22 school year, we moved into completely new premises, with our own kitchen, library, and full-size sports hall. Although Kvarnholmen is primarily associated with industry, it largely consists of archipelago nature, and on the eastern tip of the island, right next to the school, the existing green area is being developed into an oasis with activities and recreation. There are good communications to Kvarnholmen, and you can get there by bus from Slussen in about 15 minutes. You can also take the boat from Nybroplan or from Lidingö, which takes you to Kvarnholmen in 20 minutes.
