Hourly Substitute for School and Preschool

Do you love nature and want to work where the forest, wind, and seasons are a natural part of children's learning?

We are looking for confident and engaged hourly substitutes who can step in as needed in our "I Ur och Skur" (Rain or Shine) programs, both preschool and primary school (grades F-3).

About the Organization

Friluftsfrämjandet I Ur och Skur Utveckling AB, wholly owned by Friluftsfrämjandet, operates thirteen preschools and schools with a unique pedagogy where any profits are reinvested in the operations.

Our pedagogy is also shared via license with hundreds of preschools and schools across the country, together reaching thousands of children. We spark curiosity and joy of movement in children and students, and after 40 years in the industry, our pedagogy rests firmly on scientific foundation and proven experience.

We are looking for someone who is willing and able to step in on short notice at our primary school (grades F-3) or our preschool. We are located on the same campus, where the preschool's approximately 50 children and the primary school's approximately 100 children share a nice space. We are a cheerful group working here and we welcome more "hourlies" to join us!

We are looking for someone who:

• enjoys being outdoors in all weather

• meets children with warmth and curiosity

• is flexible, responsible, and confident

• wants to contribute to an activity where nature is our classroom

Experience in preschool and/or school is meritorious but not required — your presence and commitment are most important.
