Hourly Substitute

Do you love nature and want to work where the forest, wind, and seasons are a natural part of children's learning?

We are looking for confident and committed hourly substitutes to fill in as needed at our I Ur och Skur preschools in Tygelsjö and Bara.

About the operation and organization

Friluftsfrämjandet I Ur och Skur Utveckling AB, wholly owned by Friluftsfrämjandet, operates thirteen preschools and schools with a unique pedagogy where any profit is reinvested into the operation.

Our pedagogy is also shared under license with hundreds of preschools and schools throughout the country, allowing us to reach thousands of children together. We spark curiosity and joy of movement in children and students, and after 40 years in the industry, our pedagogy is firmly grounded in scientific research and proven experience.

We now need substitutes who are willing and able to step in at short notice for short-term absences at our preschools in Bara and Tygelsjö.

We are looking for someone who:

• thrives outdoors in all weather

• meets children with warmth and curiosity

• is flexible, responsible, and confident

• wants to contribute to a program where nature is our classroom

Experience in preschool is meritorious but not a requirement — your presence and commitment are most important.
