About the position

We are looking for you who want to work as a customer service representative/receptionist with us. You will be a key person in the daily operations and the first person our customers meet – both on the phone and on site at the workshop.

Job duties

Your main tasks include:

• Receiving customers on site and by phone
• Booking and following up workshop visits
• Ordering spare parts
• Contacting suppliers and ensuring the right parts are available on time
• Invoicing and taking payments
• Handling emails and basic administration

We are looking for you who

• Has experience in customer service or administration (experience in the automotive industry is a merit)
• Is service-oriented, social, and structured
• Has good computer skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Has a valid driver's license (requirement)
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same
