Mystery Shopper needed for visit in Västerås

A Mystery Shopper is like you or me, an ordinary person who visits stores, car dealerships, cafes and more. But unlike a regular customer, the Mystery Shopper has a mission, an instruction tailored to what our client wants to know. It could be to find out what the salespeople think about our client's laptop, or if the car dealer offers you a quote and contacts you after the visit, or if a restaurant that hires us follows the chain's profile and the salespeople there work according to the company's training.

When a visit is completed, it is the Mystery Shopper's task to fill in a report online as soon as possible. The report includes both tick-box questions to generate statistics and open-ended questions to capture your experience. It is therefore important that you can express yourself well in writing.

For most people, Mystery Shopping is a flexible and fun side job to have alongside another job, or between jobs, or during studies or after retirement. Compensation for assignments can vary from around one hundred kronor for small assignments up to around 1000 kronor for larger ones. You accept or decline assignments as they are offered. You can influence which assignments you get by indicating your interest online for projects you want to participate in. And you can plan yourself which day you will do the assignment. There is no requirement for a minimum number of visits you need to make, only that you take responsibility for the assignments you have undertaken.

We are now looking for a new Mystery Shopper for a visit to a car dealer in Västerås and need you who want to visit the store on a weekday in early/mid May. We will return with offers for more visits throughout the year.
