This position is entirely focused on our Swedish market, where we primarily staff nurses and doctors across Sweden.

Our journey began in 2019 when four childhood friends from Enköping started Viva Bemanning in the facilities we still occupy today. Our offices are currently located in Enköping, Sundbyberg, and Oslo. You are intended to join a team in Enköping consisting of experienced consultant managers who will teach you everything you need to know to become a top player in the industry.

Responsibilities and tasks:

As a consultant manager with us, you will be responsible for the entire staffing process.

This means you are responsible for everything from the first contact with a consultant to what happens next. As a new employee, you have no established consultant base, so you need to build one yourself, which involves a lot of searching for new candidates. Initial contact is mostly made through phone calls, but it can also be via email or various social media. Once you find candidates, your task is to match them with the most suitable assignment and then conduct ongoing follow-up regarding the consultant's assignment to maintain a professional and long-term relationship.

In summary, this entails consultant responsibility and upselling, where you independently establish new consultants and retain existing ones, including all that entails. You will conduct job requirement analyses, quality assurance, negotiate salaries, sign agreements, book accommodations/travel, and much more. Over time, in this role, you will also have the opportunity to handle some of the company's clients.

• Previous work experience in sales and/or recruitment is meritorious.

About the employment:

Start: October 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Location: Enköping

Extent: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Salary: Base salary + Commission. Base salary of 22,000 - 25,000 SEK per month, plus commission that after 1-2 years is expected to generate a minimum of 7,000 SEK - 25,000 SEK/month+ depending on performance. As you establish a larger base of consultants, opportunities for increased commission exist.
