Mystery Shopper wanted for visits in Södertälje

A Mystery Shopper is like you or me, an ordinary person who visits stores, car dealers, cafes, and more. But unlike a regular customer, the Mystery Shopper has a mission, an instruction tailored to what our client wants to know. It could be to find out what the salespeople think about our client's laptop, or whether the car dealer offers you a quote and contacts you after the visit, or whether a restaurant that hires us follows the chain's profile and the salespeople there work according to the company's training.

Once a visit is completed, it is the Mystery Shopper's task to fill out an online report as soon as possible. The report contains both checkbox questions to gather statistics and open-ended questions to capture your experience. Therefore, it is important that you can express yourself well in writing.

For most people, Mystery Shopping is a flexible and fun side job to have alongside another job, or between jobs, or during studies, or after retirement. Compensation for assignments can vary from around a hundred kronor for small assignments up to about 1000 kronor for larger ones. You accept or decline assignments yourself when they are offered. You can influence which assignments you receive by registering interest online for the projects you want to participate in. And you can plan which day you will do the assignment yourself. There is no requirement for a minimum number of visits you need to make, just that you take responsibility for the assignments you have undertaken.

We are now looking for a new Mystery Shopper for a visit to a car dealer in Södertälje and need someone who wants to visit the store on a weekday in early/mid May. We will get back to you with offers for more visits during the year.
