Mystery Shopper wanted for visits in Umeå

A Mystery Shopper is just like you or me, an ordinary person who visits stores, car dealers, cafés, and more. However, unlike a regular customer, the Mystery Shopper has a mission, an instruction tailored to what our client wants to know. It could be finding out what the salespeople think about our client's laptop, or whether the car dealer offers you a quote and contacts you after the visit, or whether a restaurant that hires us follows the chain's profile and the salespeople work according to the company's training.

Once a visit is completed, the Mystery Shopper's task is to fill out an online report as soon as possible. The report includes both multiple-choice questions to obtain statistics and open-ended questions to capture your experience. Therefore, it is important that you can express yourself well in writing.

For most, Mystery Shopping is a flexible and fun side job to have alongside another job, between jobs, during studies, or after retirement. Compensation for assignments can range from around one hundred kronor for small tasks up to about 1000 kronor for larger ones. You say yes or no to the assignments when they are offered. You can influence which assignments you get by registering your interest online for the projects you want to participate in. And you can plan which day you will carry out the assignment. There is no requirement for a minimum number of visits you need to make, only that you take responsibility for the tasks you have undertaken.

We are now looking for a new Mystery Shopper for visits to a car dealer in Umeå and need you who want to visit the store on a weekday in early to mid-May. We will return with offers for more visits during the year.
