Mystery Shopper sought for visits in Jönköping

A Mystery Shopper is like you or me, an ordinary person who visits stores, car dealers, cafés, and more. But unlike a regular customer, the Mystery Shopper has a mission, an instruction tailored to what our client wants to know. It could be finding out what the salespeople think of our client's laptop, or whether the car dealer offers you a quote and contacts you after the visit, or whether a restaurant that hires us follows the chain's profile and the salespeople there work according to the company's training.

When a visit is completed, it is the Mystery Shopper's task to fill out a report online as soon as possible. The report includes both checkbox questions to gather statistics and open-ended questions to capture your experience. It is therefore important that you are articulate in writing.

For most, Mystery Shopping is a flexible and fun side job to have alongside another job, between jobs, during studies, or after retirement. Compensation for assignments can vary from around a hundred kronor for small assignments up to around 1,000 kronor for larger ones. You accept or decline assignments yourself when they are offered. You can influence which assignments you receive by registering interest online for projects you wish to participate in. And you can plan which day you will complete the assignment yourself. There is no requirement for a minimum number of visits; you just need to take responsibility for the assignments you have undertaken.

We are now looking for a new Mystery Shopper for visits to a car dealer in Jönköping and need someone who is willing to visit the store on a weekday at the end of April or beginning of May. We will return with offers of more visits throughout the year.
