Job description You plan and coordinate bookings, manage the company's customer service, and act as a link between our customers and the work team. We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded, and creative.
In customer service, you are responsible for incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and calendar bookings.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that calls and emails from our customers are answered quickly and with a high level of service.
- Booking and coordinating work in the best possible way.
- Conveying information between the customer and the project manager.
- Working proactively and with problem-solving.
What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive, and brings something to the team. You are unpretentious and quick to learn new things. You will work with customers, so a strong sense of service is important. Working independently or in a group comes naturally to you, and you are good at juggling many tasks. You communicate well and clearly in spoken and written Swedish and are skilled at problem-solving and planning.
