Electrician for work as delivery coordinator - Gothenburg

Do you have previous experience in coordinating work and assignments, and thrive as the hub between customers and the delivery team, and are technically knowledgeable? Are you a former electrician with an interest in office work with support and coordination? We are looking for a delivery coordinator for work in the installation industry.

Job duties

As a delivery coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating work and booking battery and charge box installations for your customers. You will be the link between the office, your customers, and the electricians on site. In this role, you will work extensively with customer contact while also handling administration and orders.

Selection of job duties:

- Booking and coordinating your installations for customers.

- Daily contact with electricians in the field and installation support, as well as administration of your deliveries.

- Help ensure good quality and structure in your delivery flows.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who has previous experience of delivery coordination and support, or has worked as an electrician and has experience in the field that facilitates your ability to support your colleagues.

In addition to your previous professional background, we see that you are communicative and solution-oriented. In your work, you will have customer contacts and your ability to build good relationships is of great importance. You are good at planning and prioritizing your work. You thrive both working independently and with others.

For the work to function well, we also see that you are flexible, self-motivated, and determined. You also need to be an orderly person as you will plan jobs and assignments for your electrician colleagues.

Requirements:

- Good technical understanding

- Good knowledge of English and Swedish in both speech and writing

- Experience in a similar role

- Good communication skills and confidence in customer dialogue

Meriting:

- Background from the installation industry as, for example, an electrician

- Driver's license B
