Service Staff in Brantevik

Hörnan i Brantevik is a well-established operation with B&B, bistro and café by the sea in one of Österlen's most beloved fishing villages. Since October, there is a new owner who runs the business on a year-round basis with the ambition to be open every day. During the low season, work tasks include all the usual chores to, together with the owner, make the business function. During high season, a larger team works when the nine rooms are often fully booked, as are the restaurant with its outdoor seating and bar. Your role is to take responsibility for operations and any staff during your shifts, and also to work independently during periods. Perhaps housekeeper is a more fitting description than restaurant assistant. To succeed, you have a natural sense of service so that guests and visitors always are met with joy, warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. You have knowledge of or a strong interest in cooking. It is meritorious if you have experience from bar or café. It is important that you are well-organized, thorough and confident in leading yourself and others. The position can be part-time or full-time. Great importance is placed on your personality. The business is affiliated with Visita and collective agreements apply. A driver's license and access to a car are required as we pick up goods from the local baker every morning.
