About the job You work closely with people performing personal care, service, and delegated healthcare tasks. Working hours are between 07:00–22:00 (evenings and holidays are included). No night shifts.

• 📍 Location: Our offices are in Kristianstad (Industrigatan 2A) / Åhus (Tullvaktaregatan 10)
• 📆 Start: As soon as we find the right person (maybe you?)
• 🛎️ Employment type: Permanent and on-call
• 🕒 Extent: Desired employment rate, at least 50%

📋 Who we are looking for We are not looking for superheroes – we are looking for you with heart, responsibility, and team spirit.

• ✅ Swedish in speech and writing – You communicate fluently in Swedish. This is crucial for customer safety and for accurate documentation.
• ✅ Comfortable with responsibility – You can accept delegation for medication and other healthcare tasks.
• ✅ Team player – You like structure, wear work clothes with pride, and thrive in a team where we support each other.
• ➕ Meritorious – It is a big plus if you are a trained assistant nurse and/or have a driver's license, but the right attitude is most important.
• ❌ Not for you if you: Are just looking for "something for now," avoid evenings/weekends, or dislike taking responsibility. We are looking for someone who wants to stay, develop, and thrive.
