Administrative Supplier Quality Support - Junior
Description
We are now looking for a junior consultant for a long-term assignment with our client in the defense industry, where you will work with administrative support and assistance related to supplier quality.
The role is an important part of supporting Supplier Quality Managers in their daily work with suppliers and quality processes.
About the assignment
In the role of SQM support, you will work with document administration and provide ongoing support to Supplier Quality Managers. The work involves ensuring that documents are correctly handled, updated, and available, as well as serving as a support in various administrative and coordinating tasks related to supplier quality.
You will work closely with SQMs responsible for quality work with suppliers, giving you good insight into quality processes and supplier management within the industry.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in administrative work or similar role
Experience in document management and administrative support
Good ability to structure and organize information
Good communication skills and service orientation
Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English
Meritorious
Education in quality or related field
Experience in quality or industrial operations

Location: Linköping
Work model: Primarily onsite, with possibility of hybrid work
Security clearance required before assignment start
