Description

You can adapt to the situation and take responsibility for your tasks. We consider it essential that you are accustomed to working with children's needs at the center and teaching in a way that allows all children to participate. You are used to working digitally and master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

It is important to be able to collaborate with others, create contacts, and maintain relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. Having a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and people's different conditions is also important. Job duties

In this role, you will work as a teacher in grades 4-6. We are looking for someone who wants to take on the responsibility of being a classroom teacher and be part of all the tasks of a small school. The school's size requires a flexible working approach and the ability to easily adapt to the needs of the day. Mainly classroom teaching, class responsibility, and other tasks carried out together with other staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teacher degree and qualification for intermediate level (grades 4-6). Experience working with children with special needs.

Abilities and skills

Independence, flexibility, collegiality, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of current governing documents and legislation.
