Coach - Children's Gymnastics

The Role:

You will belong to our children's gymnastics section, where together with colleagues you work to develop our operations. In your role, you are a coach for children aged 2-6 years and support our volunteer coaches.

You will partly work from our office in Lunden, but mainly in the halls where our children's groups train. The position is a fixed-term employment, but there is a very good opportunity for continued employment.

Profile:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing our children's gymnastics and creating opportunities for more children to start with us. You have a driven personality and are comfortable in the role of a leader. You have an interest in developing children's basic motor skills. You have a great commitment to children!

Work Duties:

• Be a coach for several children's groups.
• Support and assist our volunteer coaches.
• Contribute to training and competence-raising initiatives for coaches.
• Create a positive and safe development environment for both gymnasts and coaches.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the association's events such as competitions, performances, and other events.

Qualifications:

• Documented training through the Swedish Gymnastics Federation is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Experience as a coach/leader in gymnastics or other sports.
• Educational training is meritorious.
• Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish.

Employment Conditions:

• Part-time 50%, fixed-term with good chances of continued employment.
• Start in mid-August.
• The position is mainly evening and weekend work.
• The main workplace is the halls where we have children's gymnastics, but you will also work from our office in Lunden.
• Salary according to agreement.
• Gf Göteborgsgymnasterna has a collective agreement between Unionen and Fremia.
• We have a wellness allowance.
