Driving Instructor Wanted in Solna

Råsunda Traffic School is centrally located in Solna, only a 2-minute walk from Näckrosen subway station. We are situated in fresh, new premises with good public transport connections. After completing training with us, students gain a greater understanding of how to act wisely and safely in traffic. We are currently 3 instructors and a receptionist, but are looking for a new driving instructor who wants to grow and develop with us. We are a traffic school known for good service, quality, and this contributes to satisfied students. As training cars, we use Volkswagen T-Roc.

About you:

We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient driving instructor who can take responsibility and initiative and is engaged in their role. You should be positive and spread joy among students and colleagues.

We are looking for a person who can make students feel safe in the car. You should be patient and always put the student first. We work with modern pedagogy and would like you to learn our way of working so that it is consistent in the workplace.

Of course, you must be approved and certified as an instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency.

Your tasks:

To train students for category B license. If you can also teach the Risk 1 course, that is a plus but not a requirement.

Currently we offer 50-75% occupancy with very good opportunities for full-time work. We have a generous bonus system that makes the job more rewarding and motivating.
