Description

Mateo Meal Platform is a SaaS company in Norrköping. We are nine employees developing a cloud-based platform with associated apps for municipal meal services. Our products help municipalities with everything from menu planning and nutritional calculation to special diet management and self-control. The platform is currently used by around 70 municipalities and we are growing rapidly. Now we are looking for our first Key Account Manager.

Your role

As Key Account Manager, you are Mateo's salesperson towards the public sector. You are responsible for driving and closing deals with municipalities and regions, from first contact to signed agreement. You work with both new customers and see opportunities for expansion among existing ones. You work closely with the CEO and are the company's commercial voice outward.

You identify the right decision-makers, build trust over time, and know how LOU works in practice. You present and demonstrate the platform for potential customers and drive the deals to closure. Customer contact is primarily via phone, email, and digital meetings.

Your profile

You are a driven salesperson with a strong ability to build trust with decision-makers. You are structured, persistent, and used to driving deals independently. You understand how the public sector works and see it as an advantage, not an obstacle.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Documented experience in relationship-building B2B sales, preferably towards the public sector
  • Ability to independently drive an entire sales process from prospect to closing, often over long time horizons
  • Natural ability to create trust and build long-term relationships
  • Willingness to work on-site in Norrköping
