We are looking for staff for the activity house Gökboet in Gothenburg

The activity house Gökboet has been around for 30 years and provides activities and events for kick-offs, company parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, youth, families, and groups of friends. Since April 2023, our activity house is located in fresh premises at Tingstad on Hisingen.

We have both indoor and outdoor activities, with our legendary pentathlon (largest in Gothenburg) being a customer favorite.

We are now looking to further strengthen our team. We are seeking 1 person to work a fixed schedule every other weekend. In addition to the fixed schedule, there are also shifts on weekdays and evenings.

As a member of our staff at Gökboet, you will be the first and last person our various groups meet. The most important part of your job is to give them a fun experience from start to finish, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people. Those of us who work here find the business very fun and hope that you who apply will also find the job engaging.

You meet a lot of people at Gökboet, and any experience in the service industry is therefore meritorious. A requirement is that you have fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and it is meritorious if you also have fluent English.

You will work both at our reception and in our activity halls. You often work together with other colleagues, but sometimes you and your group may be alone in the house, so you should enjoy working both in a team and be comfortable with independent work.

Working hours vary, with a fixed weekend schedule (every other week), but also weekdays and evenings as needed. The position combines well with other commitments and is a perfect match for a student looking for extra income on the side.

Job duties:

-Reception work

-Taking care of our groups and ensuring they have a good experience.

-Helping the groups where needed and resetting activities after groups.

-Ensuring the activity house is clean and in good condition.
