We are now looking for a: Property caretaker in Gällivare

Are you a property caretaker interested in new challenges? Then this might be something for you!

Your role:

You will be part of a team of 2-3 people working with property maintenance, operations, and electricity, and you will primarily work with the operation, maintenance, and care of properties and outdoor environments. At ALLTIME Malmfälten AB, we work in a technical environment, and tasks include maintenance of water and heating systems, roads, vehicles, and general technical service across the entire area.

During winter, snow removal is part of the job. Working as a property caretaker with us suits someone who enjoys varied, mobile, and independent work with plenty of human contact. Your service mindset and outgoing manner, combined with a practical disposition, form a good foundation for success in this role.

Competence profile

Having education in property/operations, construction, HVAC, or similar is meritorious. You enjoy working both independently and in a group. You are a responsible and service-oriented person who likes to work towards the goal of a satisfied customer, in order to maintain good and long-term customer and business relationships. You have good social skills and a natural aptitude for delivering service. Furthermore, you are a good ambassador for ALLTIME Malmfälten AB and share our values: honesty, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and quality.
