We are a food café designed as a food bar that mainly sells large quantities of salads, baguettes, and wraps - which we mix and build to order. We also have some hot dishes and homemade soups. Along with that, customers often have a coffee or two, frequently with some nice pastry. We also have breakfast sales, as well as catering for both private individuals and especially for companies.

With us, you need to show initiative and be able to handle the wide range of products to be an outstanding Joy's employee!

Job duties include, among others:

- Food preparation; salads, baguettes, wraps, etc.

- Receiving deliveries

- Barista skills for making lattes, cappuccinos, etc. (we will train you on site)

- Daily cleaning, as well as deep cleaning

- Dishwashing

- Cash register / Customer service

- Establish good relationships with new and regular customers

- Prep in the kitchen

- Collaborate with colleagues

- Continuously learn new things

- Proactive in what needs to be done

- Upselling

Above all, you need to be able to handle several of these tasks simultaneously, multitasking!

We are looking for someone who always strives to perform 100%, and who always puts the guests first, with a family-like and personal approach.

You enjoy sales, radiate joy at work, and are passionate about customer service and making other people happy!

The position will be agreed upon but includes approximately 2-4 shifts per week (by agreement). Working hours are within the span 06:00-21:00 - but if you are a student, it is mainly around 15:00-20:00 on weekdays, and about 09-18 on weekends. You must also be able to work extra on short notice occasionally, as well as on public holidays and school breaks.

Salary according to collective agreement.
