About the position

As an À la carte Chef with us, you will:

  • Cook and present our dishes with the highest focus on flavor, quality, and presentation

  • Participate in menu planning and contribute with new ideas for exciting dishes

  • Be responsible for mise en place and ensure smooth service flow

  • Work closely with the head chef and colleagues to create memorable guest experiences

  • Maintain a high level of hygiene, structure, and efficiency in the kitchen


We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in à la carte cooking and is passionate about modern cuisine

  • Is meticulous, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Is creative and loves working with fine ingredients

  • Has a positive attitude and contributes to a good atmosphere in the kitchen

  • Enjoys working as part of a team but is also self-sufficient when needed
