Are you a passionate chef who loves creative cooking and wants to help deliver top-level dining experiences? At Bryggeriet, in the heart of Avenyn, we are now looking for an A la carte chef who wants to become part of our team and leave their mark on our menu.

About the position

As an A la carte chef with us, you will:

  • Prepare and present our dishes with a strong focus on flavor, quality, and presentation

  • Participate in menu planning and contribute new ideas for exciting dishes

  • Be responsible for mise en place and ensure smooth service flow

  • Work closely with the head chef and colleagues to create memorable guest experiences

  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen


We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in a la carte and a passion for modern cooking

  • Is meticulous, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Is creative and loves working with fine ingredients

  • Has a positive attitude and contributes to a good atmosphere in the kitchen

  • Enjoys working in a team but is also self-sufficient when needed
