About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a chef at Tilt — and it is a big plus if you also have experience in service or the bar. The role primarily involves cooking and kitchen work, but you will also support in the bar or restaurant service when needed. You will become an important part of our team and contribute to providing guests with a complete experience.

The position is 75%.

Your main tasks

• Prepare food according to our menus.
• Ensure high quality in the kitchen and maintain order and good hygiene.
• Assist with service and bar service when needed (drinks, orders, guest contact).
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen, bar, and service.
• Contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who

(Strongly meriting)

• Has experience as a chef or in a kitchen environment — at least 1–2 years is preferred.
• Has previous experience from bar, service, or restaurant service.
• Can work flexibly with varying hours (evenings and weekends).
• Has a genuine interest in cooking, service, and guest interaction.

(Meriting)

• Good stress tolerance and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
